Directions

Fry 10.6 oz (300 g) of chicken or beef cut into a pot, and boil on medium heat for 15 minutes on low heat until the meat burns. Add 3.5 oz (100 g) of vegetables such as okra, eggplant, tomatoes, and other vegetables
