* Cooking Method*

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken drumstick 250g

Chilli padi 3-6 pieces

Curry leaves 5 Pieces

Margarine 1 tablespoons

2 egg yolk

1. Chop boneless chicken drumstick into pieces.

2. Fry chicken in hot oil till cooked, put aside.

3. Melt margarine & fry egg yolk till cooked, drain oil & put aside.

4. Fry curry leaves & chilli padi for a while, add in Crispy Cereal Chicken Instant Mix & fry till fragrant.

5. Pour in chicken, cooked egg yolk and stir fry evenly. Ready to serve.
