Cooking Instructions Stove-top Instructions: Rinse multi grain.
Place 1 part multi grain & 3 parts of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Rice Cooker Rinse Multi grain. Place 1 part of multigrain & 1½ parts of water. Cook in rice cooker. Soaking the grains before cooking will give a softer texture. Ingredients: Millet, Brown Rice, Buckwheat, Oat Groats, Red Lentils.
