Brookfarm Whipping Cream is made from milk fat and vegetable fat processed with UHT technology & packaged aseptically. Its fat content is around 30-35%. White in color, it tastes creamy and not sweet.
The whip produced is stable and soft and high yield (> 3 times) so the foaming produced is quite high. Suitable for cake/cake/ice cream decoration applications, drink toppings. This cream is also very suitable for mixing dishes,
